Spin Memory, ARM, Applied Materials Ink Joint MRAM Agreement

ARM, Spin Memory (formerly Spin Transfer Technologies), and Applied Materials have jointly agreed to step up their development and deployment of MRAM as an alternative to SRAM in low-power chips.
